How we verify codes

Last updated Nov 5, 2026

Every code page on GuildMeta shows a "checked" time and a "verified" time for each code. Here's exactly what those mean.

1. Where codes come from

We start from a game's official channels: the publisher's website, official social accounts (X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), official Discord announcements, livestreams, and in-game mail or notices. We also watch the publisher's community platforms (such as HoYoLAB). A code is listed only when at least two independent sources agree on the exact code and its rewards. Each code links to a source when one is public.

2. Daily checks

Once a day we re-check every active code against its official source and any stated end date. A code's verified time is the last time we confirmed it was still officially listed and inside its valid period.

3. Expiry

A code moves to the Expired list when its official end date passes, when the publisher withdraws it, or when we confirm reports that it no longer works. This happens automatically when the site rebuilds each day, so dead codes don't sit in the active list.

4. Rewards

Rewards are listed as the publisher announced them. Some codes give different rewards by server or region, which we note when we know.

5. Help us

If a code fails for you, or you've spotted a new official code, let us know. Reports are checked the same day.
